About invoysync
invoysync is FBR-compliant digital invoicing software for businesses in Pakistan, built and operated by Gravyn Labs. It exists for one reason: the Federal Board of Revenue now requires registered businesses to issue sales tax invoices electronically and transmit them to its digital invoicing system in real time, and most businesses were invoicing in Excel, in a desktop accounting package, or on paper.
What FBR regulation does invoysync address?
FBR's digital invoicing regime - commonly called e-invoicing - requires a registered person to generate each sales tax invoice through software integrated with the FBR system, transmit it at the time of supply, and issue the buyer a copy bearing the FBR invoice number and QR code that FBR returns. The requirement is being phased in by taxpayer category rather than switched on for everyone at once.
Meeting it needs three things a spreadsheet cannot provide: a live connection to the FBR API authenticated with your own tokens, the current FBR reference data that determines the correct tax treatment of each line, and a stored record of what FBR accepted. invoysync provides all three. More on what FBR digital invoicing is.
Who is invoysync for?
invoysync is for businesses registered for sales tax in Pakistan - startups, SMEs and enterprises - and for the accountants and finance teams who prepare and file on their behalf. It is designed for organisations that issue sales tax invoices as part of normal trade and need each one to reach FBR without a separate manual step. It is not an accounting ledger or a payroll system; it is the invoicing and FBR submission layer.
What does the platform actually do?
Invoicing and FBR submission
- Create sales tax invoices with multiple line items, discounts and value-exclusive amounts
- Validate an invoice against FBR rules before it is filed, with the rejection reason surfaced
- Post the invoice to the FBR digital invoicing system and store the FBR invoice number it returns
- Print or export the invoice as a PDF carrying the FBR invoice number and QR code
Tax calculation
- Sales tax and GST computed per line from sale type, buyer and seller province, and item code
- Further tax, extra tax, fixed or notified value and sales tax withheld handled on the same invoice
- Income tax withholding calculated alongside sales tax
- SRO schedule and SRO item number applied where an exemption or reduced rate is configured
Records and reporting
- Customer records with NTN, CNIC, STRN, province and registration type
- Product records with FBR item codes, units of measure and default tax treatment
- A filterable sales register that exports to Excel
- Separate FBR sandbox and production modes on every account
What does invoysync cost?
Rs. 4,000 per month or Rs. 40,000 per year, plus a one-time setup and FBR integration fee of Rs. 35,000. The annual plan saves Rs. 8,000 against paying monthly, the same as 2 months free. Every feature is included at both price points - there is no per-invoice, per-user or per-tier charge. See the full pricing breakdown.
